At this point the user can bring in an Implication Tree (knowledge model) created by a Legal Expert using the Apprentice Decision Modeler.  In this example, an Implication Tree on the Battery Cause of Action, authored by Dr. Vern Walker, has been selected.

This Implication Tree has a Context that includes 4 items of information:  the defendant's name, the plaintiff's name, the defendant's behavior and the contact suffered by the plaintiff.  The information provided for each of these items will be dynamically substituted into the argument that will be prepared in the following steps.
